Before you replace the entire LiteTouch system
you'll want to check a few things first.
Anybody can do these steps.
If you are intimidated, any electrician would help you.
STEP 1 of 3
Check the power supply(s)
Find the Dual Power Supply module. There may be more than one module depending on the size of the project.
Check that the indicator lights are on. If illuminated there is no need to replace the fuse.
STEP 2 of 3
Check the Modules
Each module has a manual override switch for each light wired to that module.
If these manual override switches don't work its the nearby fuse or the module that needs replaced.
STEP 3 of 3
Reset your entire system
Find your breaker panel and shut off the power to your entire house.
Make sure you have everything off. Wait a few minutes and turn back on.
This resets everything including the CCU and the fuseless modules.
After completing these steps and the keypads still, do not work, your system needs replaced.
