We do not offer refunds. Your Tech is a service-oriented business preparing your home for the electronics we install. We do not sell products off the shelf without installing them, and it takes considerable time to prepare your home for proper device installation.

Your Tech operates as a designer and parts supplier for jurisdictions where a electrical license has not yet been obtained by Your Tech. Our staff may perform installation of devices that do not require licensure in your local area. For all other work the client must designate Your Tech as their personal representative for any matters including obtaining a licensed contractor and/or discussions with licensed contractors working on electrical systems.
